phdrea Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phdrea ("phdrea," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phdrea website located at phdrea.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phdrea Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phdrea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phdrea Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phdrea, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gambling.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdrea, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phdrea Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phdrea or any relevant regulatory authority.

phdrea reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phdrea may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of phdrea services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number registered to a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, or DITO).

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. phdrea reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phdrea account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phdrea employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phdrea reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrea login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phdrea will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdrea immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

phdrea supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where technically available.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phdrea reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on phdrea is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phdrea reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but phdrea endeavors to process approved withdrawals within three (3) business days.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses credited to your account. phdrea reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

phdrea offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your phdrea account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.

Bonus Abuse: phdrea reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• phdrea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, device, or IP address.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.

All games available on the phdrea Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the phdrea server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

Random Number Generators: All phdrea casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phdrea does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, phdrea reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the player's account. phdrea shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the original wager.

Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, phdrea's servers will continue to process the game according to the applicable rules. phdrea is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrea Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one phdrea account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the phdrea Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phdrea Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phdrea staff or other players.

phdrea is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to set limits on their gaming activity or request self-exclusion may do so by contacting phdrea customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period requested by the player, with a minimum exclusion period of six (6) months.

phdrea strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdrea Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phdrea Platform without the prior written consent of phdrea.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrea, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdrea Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phdrea's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdrea account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phdrea does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

phdrea collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account on phdrea, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phdrea reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, phdrea will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phdrea Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

phdrea operates within the regulatory framework overseen by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with their use of the phdrea Platform.
